This Privacy Policy explains how Kita Global Group Sdn. Bhd. ("Raise Fund Global," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our fundraising platform. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the Service.

1. Data we collect

Organization account data: your name, email address, organization details, branding assets, and custom-domain configuration. We use email-based, passwordless (magic-link) authentication, so we do not collect passwords.

Fundraising content: the campaigns, stories, images, and goals you publish through the Service.

Donor data: when a donation is made, we store a record of it (donor name/email as supplied to the gateway, amount, date, status) so your organization can report on and acknowledge gifts.

Payment metadata: limited transaction identifiers returned by the payment gateway. We do not collect, process, or store card numbers or full payment credentials.

Operational data: basic technical and usage logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use your data

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
To process membership billing (via Stripe) and authenticate you with magic links.
To display your campaigns and record donations for your organization.
To send service, account, and billing notices, and to provide support.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Payment data is handled by the gateway

Donations and membership payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Mayar, iPaymu). Card and payment credentials are entered on and held by the gateway — they never pass through or are stored on Raise Fund Global's servers. Each gateway's privacy policy applies to the payment data it collects.

4. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:

Payment gateways (Stripe, Mayar, iPaymu) — to process donations and membership billing.
Email/transactional providers — to deliver magic-link sign-in and notices.
Hosting & infrastructure providers — to host and serve the platform and store your data.
As required by law — to respond to legal process or protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Service uses essential cookies (such as for keeping you signed in). [ANALYTICS_PLACEHOLDER: if analytics are added, describe them and provide a way to opt out.] You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and fundraising data for as long as your organization uses the Service, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Donation records are retained as required by law and for your organization's reporting needs.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@raisefundglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of gateway credentials and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure and processors are located. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection for data transferred internationally.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required to use payment services in their jurisdiction (typically 16 or 18), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
