Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raise Fund Global platform (the "Service"), operated by Kita Global Group Sdn. Bhd. ("Raise Fund Global," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

1. The Service

Raise Fund Global is a membership-based, multi-tenant fundraising platform. Organizations ("tenants") create branded fundraising pages and campaigns, accept donations through third-party payment gateways, and manage their fundraising through a dashboard. The Service is provided to organizations; individual donors interact with organizations' pages and pay through the gateways, not directly through us.

2. Your account & organizations

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it. Access uses passwordless, magic-link authentication sent to your email address; keep your email account secure. You may belong to one or more organizations and can manage multiple tenants from your account.

3. Membership & billing

Use of the Service requires an active membership, billed at $19.00 USD per month per organization. The membership is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the then-current membership fee each billing cycle.

  • Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Price changes. We may change the membership fee with reasonable advance notice. Any change applies to the next renewal after notice.
  • Proration / refunds. Membership refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Payments, donations & fees

Donations are processed entirely by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Mayar, and iPaymu), selected and configured by your organization. Raise Fund Global does not process, hold, or receive donation funds, and charges no per-donation platform fee. Payment-gateway transaction fees are set by the gateway, apply to each donation, and pass through directly to your gateway account. You are responsible for configuring your gateway and for complying with the gateway's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; misrepresent a cause, goal, or affiliation; raise funds for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware or scrape the Service; or attempt to access data belonging to other organizations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that expose us or others to legal or reputational risk.

6. Donations are not guaranteed

We provide tools to help you fundraise but do not guarantee that you will reach any goal or receive any donations. Disputes between an organization and its donors — including refund requests and chargebacks — are handled between you, the donor, and the payment gateway under the gateway's policies.

7. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active membership. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, branding, and design. Content you upload (organization details, campaign stories, images) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to display and operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that donations will be successfully processed by third-party gateways.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raise Fund Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of donations, data, or profits, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your membership lapses, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; export any data you need before termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited.
