Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on the Raise Fund Global platform, operated by Kita Global Group Sdn. Bhd.. It covers two distinct things: your membership (what you pay us) and donations (what donors give to your organization through a payment gateway).
1. Membership ($19/month)
Your membership is billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support@raisefundglobal.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

- Accidental or duplicate charges. If you are charged in error, contact us within [PLACEHOLDER] days and we will make it right.
2. Donations
Donations are payments from donors to your organization, processed entirely by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Mayar, iPaymu). Raise Fund Global never receives or holds donation funds.
- General stance. Donations are generally considered final. Refunds of donations, if any, are governed by the relevant payment gateway's policy and your organization's own stated policy.
- Per-donation platform fee. Raise Fund Global charges no per-donation fee, so there is nothing for us to refund on a per-donation basis.
- Gateway fees. Transaction fees charged by the gateway on a donation are not refundable by us; they are set by and retained by the gateway.
3. Requesting a refund
For membership refund requests or billing issues, contact support@raisefundglobal.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within [PLACEHOLDER] business days.
For donation refund requests, donors should contact the organization they donated to and/or the payment gateway that processed the transaction.
4. Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a membership charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved. Chargebacks for donations are handled between the donor, the organization, and the payment gateway.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
